Problems with my HP printer on Linux.?

I just recently posted a question on here about a printer filter error the got cleared up, now however I still cannot print anything.
I try to print a test page and here is what error pops up: /usr/lib/cups/backend/hp failed
I've no idea what to do.
Anyone that could help would much appreciated.
