Go to control panel and under printers, look and see if the printer name shows up twice (or more). If so, it will have numbers after each one. Delete all the versions of the same printer. If one says it has print job pending, right click and "cancel all documents" When you restart, the printer driver will re-install correctly. This usually happens when you unplug the printer cable and then plug it into a different USB port

The print pastime is stuck in the queue. It takes position, whenevr u attempt to print without papers or cartridges.. Step a million : eliminate the USB cable from the pc end and the restart your pc. or Step2: click commence --> Run. In RUN form, amenities.msc. you receives amenities window. bypass for Print Spooler. Make a perfect click on print spooler and click supply up. Then restart your pc. or Step3: Uninstall and then reinstall the printer driver.

Restart your computer and turn your printer off and back on, make sure all the printer cords are plugged in right. It's probably just a connection issue that's easily fixed.

Delete it.
