Print Spooler. load files to memory for later printing?

I'm trying to install a printer, I' ve downloaded a software of installation, but for some reason wouldn't run, on Print Spooler say that "load files to memory for later printing" How do I download the files from it, I'm working on windows vista.

Read the directions carefully on installing the printer, IT CAN NOT BE CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER UNTIL A CERTAIN POINT IN THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.



Uninstall your printer set up disc (control panel add/delete programs) disconnect USB connection on computer

Put installation disc in your drive and follow directions. Re connect USB connection and power when it tells you to.

Just before you start reading this I'm going to say that I have no idea why it said that. But......................... i've heard that that windows vista is worse themn the origional operation systems.

can be corrupted driver uninstall it download again and reinstall.
