my printer wont print. pc says "rpc server is unavailable" why?

Hi,
After downloading the relevant drivers for my lexmark z515 printer, I have tried to get my printer to work. When i uninstall everything and unplug the printer, I then plug the printer back in and allow the pc to start installation wizard. I then direct the wizard to where the downloaded correct drivers are, and I get a message saying

cannot install this hardware
there was a problem installing this hardware
lexmark 510 series
an error occured during the installation of the device

the RPC server is unavailable
click finish to close

What does this mean. I dont have a server. The PC I have is an average PC that most people have in their homes. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

Ive checked the usb cable and thats fine. Ive tried using other usb ports and they are all working correctly. The printer also works on other pcs, I just keep getting this message on my pc. Can anyone help???

Make sure you have the right driver file for that printer
