Why is my printer printing blank pages?

Question

My printer at work is only printing blank pages
I changed the ink cartridge because it had ran out, and it is now printing blank pages
please help !!!

the printer is an Laserjet 2100

Update the driver for the operating system you are using. Sometimes, you need to do this after a virus scan which can corrupt the window driver.
