Problem Canon pixma mp287 black ink doesnt work?

We bought a new printer and it is canon pixma mp287 just testing today, black ink doesnt work..we use CISS the black ink is full and doesnt clogged when i try to cleaning and wheni print nozzle check black doesnt appear only the colors help please! idk what is the problem the black ink is okay and doesnt have clogged help! ASAP

You may want to try canon original cartridges rather than compatibles. If you are using originals, the cartridge may be faulty and you might have to just buy a new one and see if that solves the problem
