After a bad experience with an Epson printer I swore I would never buy Epson again.



But the Epson XP 800 looks like a really good little printer. I have two HP all-in-ones at work and home. One is a pain to set up and does not like to scan multiple pages. I have to gently push them in from the stacker on top The other, an OfficeJet 6600 has been pretty good. .



The Epson has two-sided scanning and I read it's good on ink. And the ink is cheaper I think.

Last 4 HP printers i have gotten have been very, very unreliable and failed within first 8 months. Two were replaced under warranty with refurbished printers and I just pitched the other two. One of the refurbs failed within 4 months. Plus their ink cartridges are very expensive and not reliable because of dating the chips.

No longer happy with HP printers.

I have a HP Laserjet P1006. Had it for a year and no problems. HP My mate had an epson and they had to send it back because the feeder broke. But buy dell if you can if not HP

Epson has to be better than 6600-a real moneymaker---for HP, not you or me.
