You need to reduce the size of the image to do this. You can do this in your paint or imaging in accessories. Use the help session to learn how to do this. When you resize it, use the print preview to see how your results will appear before printing, DONT just save the file either! It will overwrite the original! Use "save as" and give it a different file name, this way you can keep the original. After you have saved it, and you close the program, it will ask if you want to save changes, select no. Easiest way is to put the picture into Word, that way you can see how big it will be on the page and resize it to fit.



Here are some step-by-step instructions on how to do this:



1) Load up Word, then go to the Insert menu.



2) Scroll down to Insert and then select "picture from file"

4) You can now see the photograph on screen. Go to the View Menu and choose Page Layout. Zoom out if necessary for a better look. Resize the picture how you see fit by clicking on the CORNERS of the picture (dont click on the side edges as you will stretch it, clicking on the corners will keep the same shape)



5) If you're happy with how it looks, click print.
