How can you recycle an ink cartridge? save earth, please help!?

mines is an HP ink jet....but i don't know how to recycle it? please help me please....are there any good place to recycle it....i heard that you have to get something like a bag and you have to mail it???Is it true?

Many office supply stores will accept them for recycling, and some give you a discount on purchases.

I reckon that recycling is stupid because all that the ink company's going to do is get that used cartridge and refill it so it can rip off some other people. Plus the refill hole is like so obvious on the top. Buy some ink and inject it in.
