I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it in case the drivers had got into a mess, problem still continues, it prints documents from Word fine, but anything from the internet is in HTML code. The Lexmark says it is my ISP problem, ISP says it is Lexmarks problem, What can I do to fix it? Please help!

This is a strange problem.

Check what default program you have listed in:-

Tools >> Options >> Programs

the default HTML editor. Change it to Word if it is not already selected.

once you circulate to print, are you probable forgetting to choose the best printer? lots of people who've had extra beneficial than one printer put in forget approximately that a number of their courses could have their default printer set to the motive force of the previous printer. instead of basically blindly attempting to print, circulate to the printer setup and confirm you have the best motive force chosen first, then print from there. frequently the incorrect motive force will result interior the printer not likely into portraits mode, so all you get is text cloth rubbish or what appears like HTML code.

I think it's a problem with your browser settings, because that's what should format the document for printing, not the print driver. I don't see why lexmark should interpret the data and decide to print it as formatter HTML.

Which browser are you using?
