I have a lexmark printer..How do you cancel ALL the print jobs?? I have one that will not go away.?

I am canceling all the print jobs...but the first one that I sent will not cancel! Help. I have tried to turn the printer on and off and its still there.

Unplug the printer, then delete print jobs, then plug the printer back in. Try that.



Should that fail, you can turn off & unplug the printer from the computer, uninstall the printer from printers and faxes folder, that will delete all print jobs, then restart the puter, re-install the "Updated Printer Driver From Lexmark's Website" (not the one on the setup disk-also look for any patches there dealing w/ the problem you just had rear its ugly head; www.lexmark.com , get the full latest driver download for that specific model, install the drivers and plug in the printer "that is already turned on" only when requested by the printer driver installation software, then complete the install as directed by the printer driver software. Then restart and reset that printer as default, test print by going to that printer>properties>test print.

Delete the printer's driver, restart computer, install driver again.
