I was printing something and the paper jammed. so I took the usual steps to get the paper out. I've checked and I can't find anything else stuck in the printer. At first it came up with an "unable to print 34" error message. I checked the manual and tried unplugging the usb cord and I got that to go away. It started cleaning itself and then started printing all the holding jobs but they were blurry. Then I cancelled the rest of the jobs and it came up with an "unable to change 32" error. So is there any kind of way to get that to go away. I can't find anything jammed in it. And it won't let me turn off the printer with the error still up.

I don't know how to fix the error, but you can always unplug the printer to turn it off. You may lose your print job - but then you can just print it again after you get the printer working.

I was also facing same issue with my Brother printer. I tried a lot to fix that however I was not able to fix that. I got this link http://www.printer-techsupport.com/Brother-printer-support.html over the internet. I just visited and made a call on their toll free and got instant help for my printer.

Jim - That is some weak advice.
