It is damaged. Microscopic scratches have ruined it. ("But I don't see scratches!" Right. They are microscopic, which is from the Greek for "Too damned tiny".) A disc is NOT ejected from a Mac for being a non-Mac software disc. It is ejected for being a damaged disc.... or damaged drive! Yikes! Hope its just the disc.

Doesn't matter. Download this–> http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/SupportDownloading.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&licenseoid=17774&download=https%3a%2f%2fftp.epson.com%2fdrivers%2fepson14892.dmg&pn=Epson+WorkForce+WF-3540&pc=Epson+WorkForce%26%230174%3b+Series&ft=Recommended+For+You&returnpage=%2fsupport%2fsupDetail.jsp&returnparams=%26infoType%3dDownloads%26oid%3d209704%26platform%3dOSF_M_X8%26detected%3dNo

and then double-click the DMG file to mount it, and double-click the installer to start the installation.

BUT THIS ABOVE IS ALL ABOUT MISSING SOFTWARE. Your problem is you need to use the LCD panel and the buttons at that panel to connect the printer to the router. The software is not about connecting the printer to the router. It is about connecting the Mac to the printer.

If you get tired of butting your head against the Wi-Fi wall, connect a USB cord between the printer and the Mac. Then you can print today's important stuff and go back to the Battle of Wi-Fi.

Many of these discs don't support Mac. The best option would be to go online and search the printer on the EPSON website and if you go to downloads you should be able to find the software for your printer there. Hope I have helped you.

Uninstall and reinstall using Epson's latest software

Select your mac operating system and download the drivers
