1. Does the printer test page all print? Or just the Window's Icon, with no black ink at all?

(Click on Start | Control Panel | Printers & Faxes | Printers). Right mouse click on the printer (should only have one copy) and click on Properties and "Print Test Page".

2. If only the graphic prints out:

a. Check your ink or toner level (since you don't say which printer)

b. Try removing and re-installing the driver.

3. If it does print out let us know (it could be a software issue, not a driver issue).

-- Will watch for additional details and will update then.

**Update**

Ok then it isn't the ink, but what about the other items.

Again, what happens when you print the Windows Test page?

When you go to print the data, what does the "print preview" look like?

have you ever used the printer in the previous from the comparable pc? If no longer you are going to be able to desire to no longer have put in it actual. Run the installation application or run the upload Hardware on top of issues Panel. in case you have used it in the previous (or in case you haven't any longer yet be attentive to that it extremely is actual put in) then examine that the cable from computer to printer hasn't come unfastened on the lower back of the computer and the lower back of the printer. If that's ok then reboot your pc and turn off your printer then activate lower back. in the experience that your printer has diagnostic application then run it & look on the result.

How is the ink supply???

Go to control panel and uninstall. Then install. Yes, I know this is a royal pain, but I have to do it every now and then,.

Ever wonder why printers are so cheap? Basically, they're junk!

Open your printer and check the ink. That always works.
