I have a print job that is stuck in the Queue, will not cancel, yet it blocks any jobs requested after it from printing.

It is a multi page job from MS Word (Office Pro) to be printed on an HP 5500 printer on a PC running XP Pro.

Any ideas other than the standard will be appreciated...I have tried everything I can think of short of uninstalling the printer/driver.

before everything Orb interior the "seek" container type: cmd [enter] You wil see cmd look above. suitable-click it and "run as Administrator". this provide you an greater command on the spot. type: internet quit spooler [enter] you will desire to get a confirmation that the print spooler is scuffling with. go away the command on the spot available (do no longer close it out) and now you will desire to have the flexibility to open the homes for that printer and delete any pending information. as quickly as you have finished with that printer, pass back to the cmd on the spot and type: internet start up spooler [enter]
