hp printer gone BAD ANY SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE HELP QUICKLY.?

i have a hp printer details of which are:
Product Model: CB727A
Product Name: HP Desk jet Ink Advantage F735 All-in-One Printer
Printer Serial Number: CN9634Y13C05B1.
this freakin printer does not take paper inside at all.
my investment of INR.8500 is a total waste.
anybody somebody please help me.

go to HP site...type in mod# then go to trouble shooting..tada!

Well obviously you have a paper jam or a bit of paper stuck inside!

I would not use HP stuff, even if it was free, sub standard rubbish.
