HP deskjet 3740 won't print!?

Question

i have an HP deskjet 3740 and i didn't have the install disk so i downloaded it off the internet and my printer won't print

i dunno how to fix this...can anyone help me???

first does the printer options show up on you computer?

go to add printer wizard and add it. try a different usb port. make sure printer is on. when you plug in usb a sound will sound that you device is connected. try printing a test page. good luck

Right. The paper shifts properly but there is NO print on the paper
