Hi,
I have a HP PSC 1315 Printer and it is giving me an error message "Check Print Cartridges"
I tried every instruction on the HP website but the problem remains.

This is very frustrating for me because I just purchase new set of cartridges again and this problem still remains the same!

I noticed on the Blog of HP that allot of people are having the same problem.
Therefore it makes me wonder if there is some kind RECALL (CLAIM) on HP this printer model, because it seams like there is no solution to this stressful and frustrating PROBLEM!

So, there I am seeking for a helping hand from you in order to solve this problem!
PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS

Thank you!

Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on

Open the cover of the product and remove the print cartridges

Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display

Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product and wait for one minute

Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button

Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges

Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration page.

Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print a print job from the computer
