If you are working on windows system you can try one of the two, 1)in start menu go settings>printers and faxes and then select your printer by double click, right click on document and see if it's paused or you can delete it and try again (you must have access right to that printer otherwise you'll get an error).
2)in same printer window go to File Menu and see if Pause printer is checked - if it does unchecked it by clicking it.
Last best solution:
restart computer after you saved your work and done all the above. disconnect printer from power source (don't use the power button - a physical disconnection). only when computer is up and running turn back on the power and turn on printer - try to print again

Here's a quick tip to fix print jobs that are "stuck" in a print queue. From the command prompt enter the command NET STOP SPOOLER. Once the service stops, enter NET START SPOOLER. These commands can be used in batch files and scheduled and incorporated as part of systems maintenance.

When something like that happens to me, I usually shut down my computer and printer then start them both back up and try printing the document again - it almost always works (just make sure you saved the document). :)

Save all your work then cancle your print jobs - shut down both your printer and computer for a few min. then turn them both back on and retry it - that should do it.

do "control alt delete"
and end the task of any pending documents.
hope this works, good luck, and good night. LOL.
